Our Company
After many years working in OEM in Taiwan, our founder, Wendy Shen, found the need to evolve the trade and create a new brand of customer care. In order to better serve Western clients, she devoted much time to learning English, understanding Western culture, and standardizing the product development and manufacturing process. She wanted to take the hassle out of launching new products, while providing cost effective prices for clients. In 1984, together with some of her closest friends in the industry, Wendy formed Synthesis Enterprise.
With over 30 years of experience serving clients from luxury brands to retail stores, Synthesis has a long tradition of producing exceptionally tailored luxury handbags, travel backpacks, cosmetic pouches, decorative apparel, and functional accessories. Our History
Since our inception in 1984, we have worked with clients large and small to bring their visions to life. We have delivered products for specialty shops, retail stores, and luxury brands including Coach, DKNY, Hugo Boss, L'Oréal, La Prairie, Lacoste, Target Stores, and T.J.Maxx.
Synthesis was launched in Taipei with a small, tight-knit team of OEM experts.
Our supply chain team moved to China to work more closely with local suppliers and to produce product samples more quickly for our clients.
Exclusive product line was delivered for Coach’s new store launch event.
We became an approved vendor for Target Stores, providing annual Christmas stockings, tree skirts, and decorative accessories.
The first line of designer women’s handbags by Kenneth Cole was manufactured and launched.
We became primary manufacturer for Gigi Hill brand direct sale handbags.
Our handbag factory was set up in Zhongshan, China.
With head office in Taipei, we will soon open a branch office in New York City.
